Traders Oriented B2B Sales Development Specialist

The Traders Oriented B2B Sales Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by targeting "Bur Dubai" and "Deira" based trading companies that deal with African and Middle East trading re-seller customers. This role is essential for managing bulk orders for customers that are either coming from or exporting to outside of GCC countries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the international trading market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Advocate for and consult customers in the international trading market, particularly with African and Middle East trading re-seller customers, would be highly appreciated.
  • Generate leads and research prospects for new customer acquisition.
  • Visit potential new customers in Bur Dubai and Deira to present proposal offers and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

    Sales and Business Development Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales expansion initiatives.
  • Create and execute plans for acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing customers.

    Sales Goals and Performance:
  • Meet personal sales targets and assist the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met.

    Sales Process Optimization:
  • Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM and sales software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Bulk Order Management:
  • Focus on dealing with bulk orders for customers that are either coming from or exporting to outside of GCC countries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of bulk orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of international trading markets is preferred.

    Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales development role, with a focus on international trading markets and bulk order management.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales pipeline.
  • Experience with Bur Dubai and Deira based trading companies is highly desirable.

    Skills:
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language being an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of international trading markets and bulk order management.
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trading market trends and regulations.
  • Strong networking skills with an established contacts network.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and extroverted personality.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
