The company has developed a SaaS platform that automates thermal engineering workflows for Tier 1 enterprise clients across industries such as automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, lighting, and semiconductors. This role is key to supporting customers and ensuring their long-term success with the platform.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Support Engineer to help our users get the most out of our generative thermal design platform. You will serve as a key contact for customer support, solving technical issues, optimizing workflows, and communicating insights across internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical support contact via email, ticketing system, and video calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to platform performance, case setup, and functionality.
  • Support CAD-related inquiries, including geometry import/export and compatibility.
  • Analyze simulation results and provide guidance to align with customer goals.
  • Manage and deliver service projects efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Onboard and train new users, ensuring effective adoption of the platform.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain internal and external support documentation and knowledge base.
  • Track and analyze recurring support issues to propose long-term solutions.
  • Assist in feature testing to ensure performance and user satisfaction.
  • Evaluate support metrics and contribute to optimizing the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering science or a related technical field.

  • Solid understanding of CFD, thermal engineering, and mechanical design.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities with a user-first mindset.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced tech environment.
