HPC Sales Development Specialist

The HPC Sales Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by focusing on the sales of high-performance computing (HPC) systems. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of PC specifications. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of PC requirements for Deep Learning AI, Rendering, 3D animation, and similar applications, along with 3-5 years of overall experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Advocate and consult customers for HPC systems and their applications in Deep Learning AI, Rendering, and 3D animation.
  • Generate leads and research prospects for new customer acquisition.
  • Visit potential new customers to present proposal offers and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

    Sales and Business Development Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales expansion initiatives.
  • Create and execute plans for acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing customers.

    Sales Goals and Performance:
  • Meet personal sales targets and assist the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met.

    Sales Process Optimization:
  • Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM and sales software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Product Knowledge and Customization:
  • Leverage your knowledge of HPC systems to assist customers in selecting and customizing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HPC hardware and software.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding HPC builds and configurations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of PC requirements for Deep Learning AI, Rendering, 3D animation, and similar applications is a must.

    Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales development role, with at least 2 years focused on selling computers.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales pipeline.
  • Experience in the HPC market is highly desirable.

    Skills:
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language being an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HPC systems and their applications.
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HPC equipment and industry trends.
  • Strong networking skills with an established contacts network.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and extroverted personality.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
